Jaden (3) and Gage (2 in November) are going to be Buzz Lightyear and Woody (in order of who will be what) this year. I managed to snag the costumes for my brother and sister-in-law.
The boys are too cute for their own good. I am including pictures of them in this post. I love them to death and consider them my pride and joy.
This is Jaden, he is now 3 and oh smart!!
]This is Gage. He will be 2 in November and is so sweet. Blows kisses every time I leave!!
These boys have been my pride and joy and I am all about them when I can get any time with them. I will have more photos as Halloween gets closer. I am happy that I can be near them all the time, well, when I have time, since they have moved next door.
On another note, sleeping late today like I usually do since I work late, didn't happen. Between a loud obnoxious man in our living room, and a child with his child screaming in the room next to mine, it was more than the headache was worth to try and get a little more zzz's in.
My stepbrother is 21, his child is almost a year old now, and looks like he is 6 months old... the poor thing is so under fed and so under weight, but if you have a step family, you know that when you suggest something to someone in the 'other family' someone gets mad or offended. This family is the same as any other. I sit by, keep my mouth shut, head down in a book, and watch him struggle, barely an adult himself, trying to manage a baby. He doesn't have a normal schedule, *the baby* and when he is hungry, he often cries as most children his age do. What does the 'loving' father do? Ignore him. Plays on his phone and ignores the cry of hunger from the child's mouth. It's sad, but what can you do?
If you can't guess, I don't get along with the step family too well. I have two brothers of my own, one the father of the cuteness above and the other is a military man who lives a few hours away now. They are both older, both married and both have children.
The oldest, the military man, married a woman two years ago who had 5 boys. You might be thinking, 'Oh my Lord! That must be chaos!'. Well it is. But he wouldn't have it any other way. He has 1 daughter of his own, Alex. So in total they have 6 kids under one roof. 3 teenagers and 3 under 10. Shelton, Josh, Alex, Jacob, Noah and Matthew. In that order.
I also have a step-sister. She is older with kids herself. My Mom and step-dad have 5 of us total (in case you couldn't do the math yourself). We range from 21 to 37.
Mom remarried right after my Dad died when I was 13. She and my stepadad, have been married 11 years now and have no kids together, unless you count their cat.
Well this wasn't meant to be this kind of post, it just happened. As my mind generally does, it has gotten off course yet again. I will post more later.
