I got sidetracked from vacation and etc and ended up being pretty busy. I had a great vacation. I went to Tennessee with my boyfriend and had a wonderful time. :) We got to visit with some of my family I haven't seen in a while and got to visit some sites in Chattanooga. It was wonderful.
I continued doing workouts up until the Tuesday of my vacation. My knee had swelled to a size that wasn't good, so I called the doctor and made an appointment. Turns out I have torn the cartlidge in my left knee. I have torn it pretty good apparently. I have to have a minor surgery. Orthoscopic surgery to be exact. They will go in through the front of my knee and repair the damage on the back side of it. It's an outpatient surgery, so it's a small procedure, and I will be in and out in one day. I am nervous about it to be honest, I have never had to be put under for any reason what so ever. :(
Since my knee injury I haven't been able to work out, which makes me a little sad and unhappy. When I get unhappy about something, I tend to eat a little more and not the healthy way either.
All in all I have had some very special moments in the last few weeks. The best of these however still remains a moment I shared with Travis in Chattanooga.
As much as I wish this was myself and him, it isn't. But I did have the pleasure of taking this picture. :) The couple sitting here were wonderful people. They were sitting on top of a rock at Lookout Point Park and watching the sunset. It was a gorgeous sunset, and we enjoyed it from another point a few feet away from this wonderful site. It was the most perfect moment we have had in a while. Wrapped in his arms, and watching the sun set was a great way to end my vacation with him. :)
I shall try to write more often. Since my schedule is returning to normal this week.
